Northern NSW Regional Morning Report: 6.55am Thursday, 3 December: Low levels of short period SSE swell are producing small, clean waves, mostly in the knee to waist-high range across the region, and light cross-offshore SW to SSW winds are bringing out the best in the small swell, so well worth a paddle as the tide fills to an 11.00am high.

Rest of Day Outlook: Short-period SSE swell should bump up a little more as the day progresses, keeping the door open to a good arvo session beneath light south winds, fading to light and variable during the afternoon. The tide runs out to a 5.38pm low. Have a good one.
