Afternoon Report. Strong NNE winds at 15-20 knots are creating wind affected surf conditions right across the coasts beaches, with only the northern corners offering some protection from the wind. Choppy ENE swell with waves in the waist to shoulder height coupled with outgoing tide. Enjoy your afternoon in the waves. Spinksy
