    Summary
Offshore wind conditions will show a positive spin on the relatively small surf we see over the weekend. A modest uptick in alongshore NE swell across the region Saturday shows clean but still very weak form as 1 to 2ft surf moves across exposed areas, and then drops out under clean settling offshores Sunday. Expect the rotation of NW to W winds to serve nice quality surface conditions regardless of the small size for open beachies, while most breaks see minimal wave activity through to Monday.

A complex area of evolving low pressure systems resides east of Tasmania over the weekend and this will fuel favourable westerly wind flow across the state through early Monday. Low clouds associated with the multiple frontal bands will also cross the state, as the central low slowly organizes and moves east into the southern Tasman Sea.
